Jelena Ilic

Jelena is a highly experienced Producer/Director of factual programming.

Having worked for the UK's leading television companies and TV channels, she has had considerable success producing many popular series, human interest and harder-edged films. Her forte is documentary and she is used to dealing with sensitive subjects.

She's had vast experience of filming in hospitals - gaining unique access and building a trusting, working relationship with medical teams in trauma and special baby care units.

Popular TV credits include C4 ‘House of Obsessive Compulsives’, C5 ‘Hotel Inspector’, Living ‘Special Babies’, BBC ‘Indian Food Made Easy’.

Sally-Ann Ritchie

As a freelance Producer/Director, Sally-Ann has made documentaries in the UK and overseas.

She specialises in films that get under the skin of characters and their personal stories. Her current affairs films have dealt with sensitive and uncomfortable social issues including C4 Dispatches programmes about Runaways, Domestic Violence and Rape.

She has also produced popular entertainment shows including C4 Wife Swap, BBC1 Street Doctor and BBC2 Trauma.

Sally-Ann has worked for a variety of non-profit organizations including Raleigh International's Youth Development Scheme, Spurgeons and clouddog™.

Laura Humphreys

Laura is a freelance producer/director with over 10 years experience working on primetime television.

Laura started her television career working on natural history documentaries. She then went on to produce and direct films on a broad range of subjects from wildlife to human interest and specialist factual, primarily for primetime BBC.

Laura has a passion for international development and took an Open University course in 2009 on the subject to gain a wider understanding of international charity work. She has become involved in making films for charities over the past 3 years including films for The Soil Association and Food For Life Partnership websites and working on Sprout’s British Heart Foundation production and is a core member of the Sprout team.
